To provide feedback or updates relating to your therapy to family, schools, or other stakeholders (with your consent);
For NDIS participants: to communicate with the NDIS, your Support Coordinator, or Plan Manager as required to deliver services
Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. However, we may share relevant information with:

The NDIS (e.g., annual progress reports, as required);

Medicare or your GP (if you are accessing services under a Chronic Disease Management Plan);

Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law;

Your child’s school or other health professionals, with your consent.
Holding and storage of information
We take reasonable and necessary measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. All data is stored digitally on password-protected devices, within medical practice management software, and through a secure, password-protected email account.
Your choices
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications by letting us know in writing.

Under Western Australian law, we are required to retain client information (including therapy notes, emails, and reports) securely for a minimum of 7 years.
Third-party links
Our website or emails may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.
